A. As a candidate our service is free.

A. We recruit all types of Engineer – Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, & Civil. This would include all Trades within those disciplines and servicing all Sectors. Electricians and Electro Mechanical Engineers are as of much interest to us as a Designer with in the Civil Industry.

Q. I am a qualified Engineer. How does your service work?

A. Send us your latest CV. This is preferred in Microsoft Word Format. If you do not have a CV then contact us on 01934 621262 and we will forward an application form.

Q. What geographical area do you service?

A. In theory, we will endeavour to fill every vacancy that is presented to us, wherever that may be. In reality, as we are based in the South West, we work primarily in the Somerset, Gloucestershire, Devon, Cornwall, Wiltshire, South Wales, and Bristol Area.

Q. I am interested in working contract for you in a PAYE Capacity – Do you pay weekly or monthly?

Q. I am an employer looking to recruit an Engineer for my Company, Is there a charge?

A. Yes – contact us for a quote and to receive our terms of business.

Q. Do you supply Contract or Temporary Staff?

A. Yes – we can supply Temporary or Contract Staff.

Q. Is there a minimum Contract period?

A. No - but tailored to meet our clients resource needs.

Q. How much notice do you need to supply a Contactor?

A. Up to 8 Hours.

Q. Is there a Fee involved just for you to search for suitable Candidates?

A. No, a fee is only payable to the Agency when you engage a Candidate. You should cover any interview expenses, with any candidates you interview.

Q. Do you offer a Temp to Perm Service?

A. Yes – If you have had a Contractor for a minimum of 14 weeks then providing that ALL Parties are happy then we can arrange for a worker to transfer to your Payroll.

Q. Are CV’s available for us to view?

A. Yes we can then E mail (Preferred Method), Fax or Post them to you.

Q. I wish to keep my company Confidential from Prospective Candidates – Is that Possible?

A. Yes. We usually inform Candidates of where their CV is being sent, but if you would prefer this to be kept Confidential then please inform us when placing the job with us.

Q. Do you have rooms available at your office to carry out interviews?

A. Yes. These are available free of charge if interviewing candidates we have introduced to you.

Q. Are their any hidden Extras?

A. No the price we quote is the price you pay (excluding VAT)

Q. Do you require a full Job Description?

A. Yes – Email or Fax us a full Job Description

Q. Do you need to know the Salary?

A. Yes - It is essential, as without this information it restricts the submission of the correct candidates
